In their effort to be first to market, the client was looking to mobilize and complete the project quickly. We were brought on early in the project, and assisted in planning and rapidly identifying subcontractors and resources. This came with its own unique challenges, because the area was experiencing an industry boom, so multiple sites were fighting for the same workers and resources.
While helping with organizing resources, we built relationships with subcontractors in the area, convincing many to turn down jobs on other sites in order to work on this one. It also led to a smooth construction process. We worked well with the other subcontractors, and knew exactly who to consult with during various steps of the project, instead of having to go to the general contractor.
We were the first boots on the ground. We worked tirelessly to lay the foundation, literally, for a successful project that clocked in ahead of schedule. While things on construction sites change quickly, we were adaptive and collaborated with other subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
When this client began to struggle to acquire quality contractors and equipment in a highly competitive area, we worked hard and utilized its industry relationships to secure the necessary manpower and resources. Through extensive and detail-oriented planning and streamlining, we were able to make the entire construction process run smoothly. Through our three-step process, we were able to help our client overcome their challenges and ultimately deliver a successful project outcome.
